- Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are not necessary; however, they are recommended. By calling ahead you are able to work most efficiently.
- Can I take home plans and designs?
We do not release plans or elevations until a proper deposit has been paid toward an order. We do allow you to take home a copy of a 3-D Computer generated perspective that gives an overall picture of your design.
- Do you charge for measuring or secure a design retainer?
We do not charge for measuring and feel that a critical part of the design process is to visit and get a “feel” for your space. As far as a design retainer goes, we offer one free estimate which includes an accurate price quotation and a 3-D Computer generated perspective for you to take home. Subsequent designs and changes may require a deposit that will be applied toward the purchase of cabinetry.
- Do you have Free Delivery?
Yes. We deliver your cabinetry into your home by dedicated box trucks with our own experienced employees that only handle cabinetry.
- How long does it take to order a kitchen?
This depends on many factors but, typically, from the time you first meet with a Perimeters Designer until your order is placed, the process takes approximately 1-3 weeks.
- How long does it take for cabinets to be delivered to my home?
Depending on the manufacturer, we have cabinets that ship in as little as 4 weeks and those that take as long as 12 weeks. The key is to budget enough time at the beginning of your project so as not to limit your options.
- Do you have cost averages or pricing per linear foot?
Each kitchen is different and has many unique characteristics that make costs differ from one to another. Since we offer a free price quote it only makes sense to invest a small amount of time to calculate an accurate budget for your project.
- Do you sell countertops?
Perimeters provides a complete selection of countertop materials including: Quartz, Granite, Marble, Butcher Block, Glass, Solid Surface, Decorative Metals and Plastic Laminate.
- Do you sell appliances or decorative plumbing hardware?
We do not sell appliances or plumbing fixtures; however, we can assist you in specifying the right models for your project and integrate them properly into your kitchen design.
- Do you offer financing?
Yes. We do have an internal program in place where you can finance part or all of your purchases. We require a short credit application and approval turnaround only takes 24 hours.
