Tedd Wood Beaded Inset with a recessed door. Maple cabinets with a Vanilla Cream finish accompanied by a Sangria finish for the island.
Looking for state of the art functionality to coincide with classic style, the owners of this North Fork residence came to Perimeters seeking ideas and solutions for their new kitchen. Our team delivered with a design including soft creamy vanilla cabinets complemented with exposed oil rubbed broze hinges. In order to enhance functionality, a number of measures were taken. The island became a central focus featuring an apron sink with custom hardware and a carving station. A working bar was installed with mullion doors and clear glass in order to display some of the homeowners' favorite decorative items. Reducing the depth of specific cabinets created extra maneuvering space making it easier to cook those special meals.
Meeting the need for extra storage was paramount to the success of this project. In order to fulfill these requirements, a new wine rack was installed in the southeast corner, and extra cabinets were included in the island. A tambour garage cabinet with a slide out shelf was also built in to the wall beneath the microwave, and an open set of shelves was sculpted in to the side of the main cabinet set.
